David is an experienced Board Director with considerable business acumen from former executive roles.
He is a current non-executive director of the Commonwealth Games Australia Board including the Chair of the Finance and audit committee, a member of the Freemasons Victoria Commercial Council, a non-executive director of the Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation and the Riverina Medical and Dental Aboriginal Corporation.
Mr Mandel is a former Managing Director of Riverwood International, a former Treasurer of Visy Industries and a former Finance Manager of Smorgon Consolidated Industries.
Mr Mandel holds a CIMA with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
