Caulfield Commons
There are a number of spaces within the Caulfield Commons that can be booked for special events and activities. These areas can be configured based on the size and needs of each event, including parking, toilets, food and beverage and activities. The Commons has direct access to Caulfield Train Station, onsite car parking and is located only 10kms from the CBD.
Eastern Event Space and Wetlands
Open span grass area located next to the Northern Lake with direct vehicle access and connection to Caulfield Station.
The Eastern Event Spaces is a 45,000 square metre, slightly undulating, grassed area that is directly adjacent to the Northern Lake. With direct access to Caulfield Station via the Guineas Tunnel and vehicle access, it is the perfect outdoor space for medium size events. All facilities can be accommodated on site with direct vehicle access for mobile food and beverage, bathrooms, stages and activations.
Western Event Space
The Western Event space is a fenced in area directly adjacent to the internal public carpark.
With direct vehicle access and great public transport connections, the Western Event space also connects to the trainers tower precinct which can provide additional parking, dedicated pick-up drop off bays, elevated outdoor stage and event support areas.
Stables, Tunnels and Gardens
The Commons also features a number of unique buildings and spaces that are available for events and activations.
There a range of large stable buildings, smaller grassed spaces and tunnels that can be utilised for smaller events, activations or filming.
